Ground-FX operates under the following terms and conditions for doing business and expects all commercial, government, consumer, non-profit, or private parties (for purposes of this policy, all are categorized - Client) to comply.

Unless stated in a separate, duly authorized contractual arrangement, all payments for products and services are due immediately upon presentation of invoice.

 

Financial Terms

Unless stated in a separate, duly authorized contractual arrangement, all payment are net '0' zero.  Ground-FX does offer the ability for Clients to create accounts.  If an account is authorized, normal payment cycles are NET 30 days, where invoicing is performed approximately on the first of each month.  For past due amounts, finance charges of 1.5% will be assessed with a minimum charge of $5.00.  The equivalent APR is 18%.

 

Billing

Ground-FX will invoice immediately on completion of the appropriate sale, project, or service.

 

Taxes and Surcharges

All applicable City, State and Federal taxes and surcharges will be passed onto Client unless otherwise agreed to in a duly authorized contractual agreement.

 

Billing Disputes

All purchases for products and services are performed in good faith with the expectation of full satisfaction.  Clients have the right to dispute all or part of a bill if they reasonably believe that billing errors, product defects, or service failures have occurred.  All good faith assertions of a right, claim or billing adjustment along with documentation and other detailed written support which identifies with specificity the basis of the charges which are subject to the right, claim, or billing adjustment, and the amounts being withheld pending resolution must be submitted as an electronic mail message to info@groundfxidaho.com.  Written notice and all related documentation must be received by Ground-FX within ten (10) business days after the event has occurred.  Ground-FX in good faith, may request additional supporting documentation or reject the request.  If Ground-FX rejects such billing error, product defect, or service failure, Ground-FX will so notify Client, and Client shall pay the withheld portion of the invoice, which shall be paid in full by the due date specified in the following invoice.  If Ground-FX determines that Client is entitled to any adjustment then Ground-FX will credit Client's invoice for such amount on the next billing cycle.

 

Account Setup

Account setup may require a financial background check, submission of three trade and one bank reference; and all appropriate contact, address, and authorized signatures prior to use.  First time purchases, large orders, insufficient credit, bad credit history, or contract-based transactions may be subject to prepayment, deposit, or guarantee with a personal or business form of credit.  Ground-FX reserves the right to terminate any account relationship, at any time, for the following reasons including (but not limited to), failure to pay promptly, inaccurate information, and inability to provide services, or violation of privacy or ethical standards.  Clients have the right to access account information, request changes, and financial status by sending a confidential e-mail to info@groundfxidaho.com.

 

Collection Process

In effort to establish mutual understanding and perform efficient transaction of business, Ground-FX uses the following credit process:

Generally, all invoices are due NET '0' zero, but depending on the situation, credit terms may be extended to Client by Ground-FX.  In this case, NET 30 terms are authorized with invoicing commencing on the first of each month.  If Client becomes past due, the following process is enacted.

At 31 days past due, a courtesy letter is sent and a follow up calls may commence.  With no payment arrangement or contact, the process continues.

At 37-52 days past due, Ground-FX may send a second letter or conduct a follow up call.  The contents of this letter and call indicate that without immediate payment, Ground-FX reserves the right to file a lien, send the account to a collection agency, and report status to all credit bureaus. With no payment arrangement or contact the process continues.

At 60 days past due, Ground-FX may send a third and final letter or conduct a follow-up call.  Ground-FX reserves the right to continue escalation of collection processes including (but not limited to) filing additional liens, reporting status to credit bureaus, or sending account to a collection agency.
